School Orientation Night

All parents - new and established - are invited to come and hear each classroom teacher give highlights of the exciting school year to come, and learn needed processes/information. This night will also be a time to drop off school supplies. Because of the purpose of the event, it is suggested that students NOT be present for Orientation Nights, but parents can determine if it is necessary to bring their child(ren) that evening.

Following is the agenda for those Orientation Nights. It is meant to provide an efficient and effective use of time, flexibility for families with varying numbers of students, space, as well as individual/small group interaction with parents and teachers. A family does NOT need to be present the entire 2.5 hours unless they have multiple children and need to make use of all the sessions. Everyone should plan on attending the Whole Group Presentation (6:30-7:00pm), and also attend whatever other sessions apply to their situation before or after.

• 6:00 - 6:30pm  (Session 1) - All New Families presentation
• 6:30 - 7:30pm  (Session 2) - Whole group presentation (mandatory for all)
• 7:30 - 7:50pm  (Session 3) -  Individual classroom presentations
• 7:50 - 8:10pm  (Session 4) - Individual classroom presentations
• 8:10 - 8:30pm  (Session 5) - Individual classroom presentations
