About the event
Together we’ll explore practical ways to communicate more clearly and lovingly—how to express your feelings, ask for what you need, and truly listen so your spouse knows they are heard and understood. When couples communicate well, intimacy grows. We’ll also discuss the importance of daily conversation and the impact of encouragement and compliments.
Life brings stress into every marriage. We’ll identify common sources of stress and share helpful strategies for managing them together rather than letting them pull you apart. Every couple has disagreements. What matters most is not how often you disagree, but how you handle those moments. We’ll discuss healthy ways to resolve conflict while avoiding patterns that damage trust and closeness.
Because every marriage experiences hurt and disappointment, we’ll focus on forgiveness—the glue that holds relationships together. We’ll learn how to ask for and grant forgiveness, and where the strength to do so truly comes from.
